Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc., lanza hoy METAL GEAR ONLINE para PC Steam, el juego multijugador por equipos, componente del exitoso METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN.
METAL GEAR ONLINE está construido en torno a una estructura competitiva de multijugador basada en asaltos por escuadrones, ha sido totalmente rediseñado con un gameplay más familiar y una estética con el estilo típico de la aclamada serie METAL GEAR SOLID. El elemento online introduce el Tactical Team Operations, además de un sistema de punta que define aún más las habilidades y fortalezas el personaje del jugador en el campo de batalla. Los jugadores puede escoger entre 3 distinta clases: Scout, Enforcer y Infiltrator.
METAL GEAR ONLINE también soporta batallas de hasta 16 jugadores en formato de 8 contra 8 PvP (hasta 12 jugadores en PlayStation 3 / Xbox360). Los jugadores pueden elegir diferentes misiones, utilizar opciones especiales de personalización y aprovecharse del sistema de apoyo de armas, exclusivo del modo multijugador online. METAL GEAR ONLINE también incluye una versión revisada del Buddy System, juntando a dos jugadores como aliados para disfrutar de los beneficios mejorados del modo multijugador.
METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN, incluye METAL GEAR ONLINE por un precio de $59.99 USD para PlayStation 4, Xbox One y Steam; y por $49.99 USD para PlayStation 3, Xbox 360. La ‘Collector’s Edition’ tendrá un precio de $99.99 USD para PlayStation 4 y Xbox One.
